Delegates can register by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it (by post), along with payment by a Demand Draft, to the Conference Secretariat. Demand draft should be made in favour of “NMRS-2010” payable at Lucknow, with name and address of the delegate clearly written on the back of the draft. Registration fee includes participation in symposium, conference material, book of abstracts, accommodation and all meals.
